Hemp does not equal marijuana

So what’s the difference between hemp and marijuana? Hemp and Marijuana are both members of the cannabis family. The main difference between hemp and marijuana is the amount of THC. Marijuana contains, THC, that’s the stuff responsible for producing a high. Hemp, on the other hand produces no euphoric effect and has *zero detectable THC which its considered legal in all 50 states.

Hemp:

  • High concentration of CBD (non-psychoactive)
  • Around the world, it is grown mostly for fiber

Marijuana:

  • High concentration of THC (psychoactive)
  • Grown for psychoactive effect

Non-Psychoactive.

Our hemp supplier’s chromatographic purification process is able to selectively remove the only psychoactive component, Delta 9-THC, from the phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil. The absence of detectable THC is confirmed through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) tests and the State of Colorado. This allows us to identify the naturally occurring THC and separate it out, instantly, while leaving intact the other synergistic components of the oil. Our supplier has been certified by the CDPHE (Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment) as a producer of 0.0% THC products and has been issued Free Sale Certification.
